Bayern going for Kompany. Chelsea linked with McKenna and Maresca. Blues fans would rather have Will Still (89 games managed, no promotions) than Alex Neil (400 odd games and a few promotions).
Is it the case now that a good manager = a young man who has mainly been a coach, over somebody who has been there and done it?
(edit, I'd initially written that Neil has 400 promotions... which would probably make him the front runner)
