But for Freya Colbert a change is as good as a rest in 2025, even if the 400IM remains on her programme for the World Championships.

Britain picks team of 28 for World Championships

Following the conclusion of the Aquatics GB Championships last weekend, Aquatics GB have now confirmed a team of 28 who will compete at the World Championships in Singapore in the summer, with six discretionary picks added to the 22 who were selected directly.
