SUP Magazine: Capital One 'Technical Issue' Leaves Thousands Without Paychecks

Thousands of Capital One customers across the country expecting to receive their paychecks over the past 24 hours have been left high and dry as the bank deals with a widespread technical outage across its platforms.  It all started Jan. 16 and has continued into Jan. 17.
