RM50,000 reward for tip-offs in Penang Hill animal cruelty cases

GEORGE TOWN: Non-governmental organisation IAPWA (International Aid for the Protection & Welfare of Animals) has offered a RM50,000 reward for information on animal abuse cases, including the recent poisoning incidents on Penang Hill.
