Semporna launches stray dog roundup after toddler's fatal attack

SEMPORNA: The Semporna District Council (MDS) has launched an operation to capture stray dogs following the tragic death of a two-year-old boy, who was believed to have been attacked by the animals in Kampung Sungai Tohok recently.
