Israel's Katz calls for confining all Gazans in 'humanitarian city'

Israel’s defence minister Israel Katz has laid out a proposal to force all Palestinians in Gaza into a what he called a “humanitarian city” on the ruins of Rafah from which they will be forbidden to leave in a scheme that some have called a blueprint for crimes against humanity.
