Australia: A new law to ban children under 16 from social media

The Australian government has decided to pass new laws banning children under 16 from social media to protect vulnerable users. The Australian Prime Minister expects social media platforms to enforce the age ban, or face penalties for failing to do so. Liza Kaminov has more.
