How might UK-EU relations change with Starmer as prime minister?

Labour leader Keir Starmer on Friday swept into Downing Street as UK prime minister, ending 14 years of rule by Rishi Sunak's Conservatives. But unlike with the last election in 2019, there was almost no discussion of Brexit during the campaign. Why did Labour in particular avoid talking about the issue? And what consequences might Starmer's election victory have for the country's future relations with the EU? FRANCE 24's Caroline Clarkson tells us more.
