Most Americans say Trump is changing government, but they're split on if that's good, poll finds

A new CBS News poll has found 81% of Americans believe President Trump is making major changes to how government works, but only 35% say those changes are for the better. CBS News executive director of elections and surveys Anthony Salvanto has more.
