Winter storm dumps record-setting snow in parts of the U.S., impacting thousands of flights

Airports from the Midwest to the East Coast were impacted Monday as record snow fell in parts of the U.S. More than 9,500 flights were delayed nationwide. CBS News senior transportation correspondent Kris Van Cleave has the latest.
