What we know about the Boar's Head listeria outbreak with at least 9 people dead

CBS News is learning new details about the deadly listeria outbreak tied to contaminated Boar's Head deli meat that's killed at least nine people and hospitalized dozens more. Over 70 products and 7 million pounds of product have been recalled so far. CBS News digital reporter Alex Tin has more.
