Phillies SS Trea Turner (hamstring) back in time for playoffs

Philadelphia Phillies star shortstop Trea Turner will be activated for the regular season finale on Sunday, per manager Rob Thomson on Saturday.

Turner has been sidelined since Sept. 7 with a right hamstring strain. His return to the lineup will come against the Minnesota Twins and right-hander Simeon Woods Richardson.

This season, Turner has 15 home runs, 69 R
