Clayton Kershaw gave up one run over six innings and the Los Angeles Dodgers moved back into a tie for first place in the National League West with San Diego by defeating the visiting Padres 3-2 on Friday.
Teoscar Hernandez hit a home run and Shohei Ohtani and Mookie Betts each drove in a run for the Dodgers, who ended a four-game winning streak.
