Hurricanes handle Lightning, win fifth straight

Seth Jarvis began the scoring with a short-handed goal and Pyotr Kochetkov stopped 23 shots as the Carolina Hurricanes beat the Tampa Bay Lightning 4-1 on Tuesday night in Raleigh, N.C.
