Zay Flowers Inactive vs. Bills

The Ravens will be without top wide receiver Zay Flowers for Sunday night's Divisional playoff game in Buffalo.

Flowers, who didn't practice all week, was doubtful heading into the game and will miss a second straight playoff game after suffering a knee injury in the regular-season finale.
