Packers WR Romeo Doubs (head) leaves wild-card game vs. Eagles

Green Bay Packers wide receiver Romeo Doubs left Sunday's NFC wild-card playoff game against the Philadelphia Eagles after landing on the back of his head in the end zone in the third quarter.
