Wrong-Way Driver Arrested on DUI Suspicion After Marina District Sidewalk Crash s of San Diego

A man was arrested early Monday on suspicion of driving under the influence after reportedly driving the wrong way and crashing his car onto a sidewalk in San Diego's Marina District, police said.
