Tage Thompson leads Sabres past Red Wings

Tage Thompson had two goals and an assist in the Buffalo Sabres' 5-3 win over the Detroit Red Wings on Saturday in Buffalo.

Jason Zucker, defenseman Bowen Byram and Jack Quinn also scored for Buffalo, which won its third straight game. Defenseman Rasmus Dahlin had three assists and Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen made 22 saves.
