Mariners reinstate INF Ty France from injured list

The Seattle Mariners reinstated infielder Ty France from the 10-day injured list and designated catcher Seby Zavala for assignment on Tuesday.

France, 29, sustained a right heel fracture when he was hit by a pitch June 7 against the Kansas City Royals, setting a record for the most HBPs in Mariners history. He had shared the record with Hall of Famer Edgar Martinez.
