Preview the Art Auction at the Open Studio Tour

In conjunction with Arts Foundation for Tucson and Southern Arizona, BICAS is honored to reveal an exclusive preview of Art Auction pieces part of their Open Studio Tour!

On FRIDAY and SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 8th and 9th, come by our gallery for a preview of the Art Auction  in conjunction with the arts foundation Open Studio Tours. The BICAS Art Auction will be held on December 7th, though new pieces are added all the time! With some pieces in our mini gallery reserved for Auction, some for sale, and others exclusive heirlooms — there are wonders to be discovered.

All Art Auction pieces are donated by our amazing community, in support of our nonprofit mission of accessibility to bicycle transportation and the arts.

On the brink of the Art Auction, preview the blazing oranges of photomontage that teems with chaotic life-death tension.

Discover a marble-swirled fully-functional disc brake clock, its paint splatter evoking the vivid dynamism of Pollock.

Feast your eyes and your hands on a whimsical novelty cribbage board crafted from fenders, gears, and spoke nipples.

Admire a watercolor print with a bicycle’s silhouette emergent against a passionate pink that nods to expressionist fervor.

Adore the intricate scarab sculpture, crafted from bicycle parts in gleaming dark silver, gold, and purple.

Open Studio Tours (OST) is the largest self-guided showcase of artist studios and creative workspaces in the region, highlighting local artists to invite visitors into their studios, for the past 10 years. Thank you to the Arts Foundation for Tucson and Souther Arizona for highlighting us!
