Libby: Armenia and Azerbaijan, with U.S. support, are working on an  integrated water management scheme for transboundary rivers

ArmInfo. Armenia and Azerbaijan, with the assistance of the United States, are working  together on an integrated water management scheme for transboundary  rivers.  The US Ambassador to Azerbaijan, Mark Libby, announced this  partnership, as reported by the US Embassy in Baku on Twitter (X). 

"A team of hydrologists and engineers from Azerbaijan and Armenia are  working together on an integrated water management scheme for  transboundary rivers with our active support," Libby said.  It is not  yet clear what kind of work is being discussed, as the Armenian  authorities have not reported anything about it.
