ArmInfo. The Primate of the Shirak Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church spoke out against Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan, the leader of the protest movement, criticizing his speech on Public Television of Armenia.  In a video interview with one of the Armenian media outlets, Archbishop Mikael Ajapahyan, the Primate of the Shirak Diocese, expressed his dissatisfaction with Galstanyan's speech.

He believes that Galstanyan is not succeeding as an opposition leader and should stop. Galstanyan's problem, according to his colleague in the "shop", is that the shadow of former presidents of Armenia looms behind him, with thoughts and efforts to return to power. He believes that both the second and third presidents should leave the political arena. 

This is necessary for sober reasoning and calculation. If they do not know this, it means they do not understand anything. They fail to understand that the majority of Armenia's population does not want to hear about them. Therefore, he confidently stated that if the former presidents exit the political arena, the protest movement will undoubtedly continue. He expressed surprise that Galstanyan does not realize this.
