ArmInfo.Artsakh Television resumes its activities. Artsakh Ombudsman Gegham Stepanyan wrote about this on his Facebook page.
"Artsakh Television is resuming its activities - with a small staff, but with an extremely important role: to do everything possible to preserve ties between the people of Artsakh, preserve the Artsakh characteristics of the Armenian identity and the Artsakh dialect, and cover problems that concern the people of Artsakh. Make your voice heard," wrote Stepanyan.
