This was told to "Izvestia" on September 24 in the press service of the service "Cian".

"The minimum price of iPhone 16 Plus starts at 135 thousand rubles - this is already higher than the average price of a "square" in Samara, Volgograd and Voronezh. Pro-version is more expensive than 1 square meter in half of the cities with millions of people," - quenched there.

It is noted that the model with the greatest functionality in the minimum configuration (iPhone 16 Pro Max 256 GB) is more expensive than 1 sq. m. in most cities with millions of people. Its price is comparable to the cost of a "square meter" in Nizhny Novgorod and only two times lower than the price of a "square meter" in Moscow.

"Last year, the minimum prices for iPhone and iPhone Plus models were higher than for similar models released this year (125 and 140 thousand rubles, respectively), as a result of which the cheapest device was already more expensive than "square" in five cities at once: Rostov-on-Don, Perm, Volgograd, Samara and Voronezh", - emphasized in the press service of the service "Cian".

They added that the minimum cost of the new version of the Pro Max 2024 is higher than the one released in 2023 (190 thousand rubles), but then it was inferior in price only "squares" in Moscow, St. Petersburg and Kazan (for a year, prices for new buildings in the average of cities with millions of people increased by 15%, and the cost of the new iPhone Pro Max became higher by 3%).

Earlier, on September 19, "Izvestia" got acquainted with the data of the companies "Metrium" and Regions Development, according to which a square meter in new buildings in the "old" Moscow rose in price by 17.6% over the year. According to experts, the average price of 1 square meter at the end of August 2024 amounted to 591.7 thousand rubles.

The next day in the press service of "Yandex Market" told "Izvestia" that the cost of the iPhone 16 may decrease in a week to an average of 30%. According to experts, the price of the smartphone is able to fall to 96,990 rubles, and the iPhone 16 Pro with 128 GB - up to 126,990 rubles.
