Tajikistan sees growth in budget surplus, EDB says

Tajikistan’s state budget recorded a surplus of 2.5 billion somoni ($265 million) in the first half of 2025, supported by higher revenues and targeted investments, including a 36 percent increase in the fuel and energy sector.
