Dozens arrested during anti-Kremlin protests in Moscow

Police detained dozens of protesters across Russia, including opposition leader Alexei Navalny, after thousands took to the streets to demonstrate against corruption and demand the resignation of Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.
