President Donald Trump to Deliver First Speech to Congress

During his first address before Congress, US President Donald Trump is expected to focus on economic policy, health care, infrastructure, and of course, military spending -- as the speech comes one day after promising a massive military buildup and corresponding cuts to other government programs.
