Deputy UN Envoy for Syria Ramzy Arrives at Geneva Talks to Meet HNC Delegation

Ramzy Ezzeldin Ramzy, the deputy of UN Special Envoy for Syria Staffan de Mistura, has arrived at the hotel in Geneva to hold a meeting with the Syrian opposition High Negotiations Committee (HNC), a Sputnik correspondent reported on Tuesday.
