Giovinazzi replaces injured Sauber driver Wehrlein

Italian Antonio Giovinazzi will replace injured Sauber driver Pascal Wehrlein for the opening winter test in Barcelona next week. Wehrlein has been sidelined with a back injury sustained in Miami.
