US, Iraqi Defense Chiefs Discuss Western Mosul Liberation

US Department of Defense spokesman Jeff Davis said that James Mattis and Iraqi Defense Minister Arfan al-Hayali have discussed in a phone call preparations for liberation of western Mosul from Daesh terrorists.
