Colombia's Santos may have received Odebrecht contributions

BOGOTA, Colombia (AP) — Colombia's chief prosecutor said Wednesday that suspicions of illegal campaign contributions to President Juan Manuel Santos are based on testimony of a rancher connected to the leader's opponents.
