Police: Driver in double fatal Tesla crash was intoxicated

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — The driver of a speeding Tesla electric car that crashed and burned in Indianapolis, killing her and a passenger, was too drunk to drive, according to a police report released Wednesday.
