Snowden Cautions Russia Against Enacting New ‘Big Brother’ Bill on Terrorism

A new package of Russian anti-terror bills that comes into being next year would violate privacy rights and hurt Russians, US surveillance whistleblower Edward Snowden warned on Wednesday.
