Vegas Golden Knights GM George McPhee anxious to get active in NHL transactions

The NHL trade deadline is March 1, right around the time Golden Knights owner Bill Foley is expected to make the final payment on the team’s $500 million expansion fee. Once paid, general manager George McPhee will be able to participate in league meetings, make trades and sign free agents.
