White House Explains Why US Treasury Amended Sanctions on Russia's FSB

The United States is not easing sanctions against Russia although the Treasury Department has made exceptions for some transactions with the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB), White House spokesman Sean Spicer said in a press briefing on Thursday.
