Hackers Cause More Financial Damage to Western States Than to Russia

The scale of financial damage caused by hackers to the targets in the Western countries is much higher than the similar damage inflicted on Russia, the deputy head of the Main Office of Security and Information Protection of Russia's Central Bank said Thursday.
