Cairo, Moscow, HNC Platforms Should Be 'Basis' of Joint Opposition Delegation

Syrian opposition Moscow, Cairo and the High Negotiations Committee (HNC) platforms need to become the three pillars of a single opposition delegation for the upcoming UN-mediated Syria talks in Geneva, Cairo group leader Jihad Makdissi told Sputnik on Wednesday.
