Syrian Rebels Say Ceasefire Violations Prompt Freezing of Peace Talks

On Monday Syrian rebel groups said they've stopped participating in talks about possible Syrian peace negotiations being prepared by Russia in Kazakhstan unless the Syrian government and the Iran-backed allies end their violations of a ceasefire, according to Reuters.
