Report: San Francisco 49ers already told Trent Baalke he's out; Chip Kelly to meet with ownership Sunday

The 49ers told Trent Baalke two days ago he's being fired, FOX Sports' Jay Glazer reported Sunday, but they haven't yet decided on the future of Chip Kelly, who'll meet with ownership Sunday afternoon.
