Red Cross Distributed Over 3,000 Tonnes of Humanitarian Aid in LPR in 2016

The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) distributed over 3,000 metric tons of humanitarian aid in the self-proclaimed Lugansk People’s Republic (LNR) in 2016, the ICRC press service told RIA Novosti.
