Militant Groups Must Launch Talks With Syrian Authorities - Iranian DM

Iranian Defense Minister Hossein Dehghan said that Syrian opposition armed groups must dissociate themselves from terrorists after the establishment of a comprehensive ceasefire and start talks with Damascus.
