Scandalous MP promised to apologize

On Tuesday took place a meeting of the Disciplinary Commission of the Milli Majlis that considered the question of unacceptable statements by the  deputy Astan Shahverdiyev.

According to the report on the website, the MM Shahverdiyev  regretted his statements, which caused indignation of the Azerbaijanis living in Russia and other countries. He said he realized his mistake and asked for an apology to the citizens of the country, and the Azerbaijanis living outside the country.
