US, Cuban Agencies Agree to Cooperate on Climate Research - Embassy

Cuban Embassy in Washington said that US National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and Cuban Ministry of Science, Technology and the Environment signed a memorandum of understanding to cooperate on weather and climate research.
