Watch out for wave of diarrhoea this Christmas, Swedes told

An uncomfortable Christmas could await some Swedes as an unusually high number of people have been struck with campylobacter bacteria this winter, resulting in a less than festive combination of vomiting, diarrhoea and stomach pains.
