Review: Mannheim Steamroller still has it

In front of a sold out crowd Tuesday night at the Lied Center, Mannheim Steamroller delivered their Christmas gift: a tightly wrapped, two-plus hour set of the neoclassical-meets-The-Nutcracker sound that has defined the band for four decades.
