Jury reaches verdict in spat over honey in North Platte federal trial

A 10-day federal civil trial over bees ended Friday in North Platte with the jury awarding $211,070 to a California company and $23,460 in a countersuit to McDonald Apiary in western Nebraska and Colorado.
