Montreal Cannabis Culture raids: 10 arrested, 9 released on promise to appear

Montreal police confirmed 10 people, six men and four women between the ages of 18 to 58, were arrested in six raids at recently opened Cannabis Culture pot dispensaries in Montreal Friday evening.
