Turkish President Blames PKK For Deadly Bomb Attack

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said the outlawed Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK) was responsible for a car-bomb attack in the central city of Kayseri that killed 13 people and injured dozens more, most of them soldiers.
