Putin, Abe Agree to Restore Frozen Military Contacts - Lavrov

Russian President Vladimir Putin and Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe have agreed to restore frozen military contacts, as well as contacts in the 2+2 format, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said.
