UK PM Calls for Cooperation With Moscow, Damascus to Help Syrian Civilians

The United Kingdom will continue to press for action in the UN Security Council, but it will require cooperation of other nations, particularly Russia and Syria, if any solutions for civilian aid are to form, UK Prime Minister said in a House of Commons meeting Wednesday.
